Malaysia (Domestic Orders):
All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Overseas (International Orders):
Orders will be fulfilled within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and carrier-related fees imposed by the destination country.
International shipping may experience delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
International shipping charges are non-refundable.

All goods are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:
